Twentyfirst Street Bridge – North

The initial survey of the Twentyfirst Street Bridge North site in 2018 noted that there were small patches of black box as well as lignum, nitre bush and river salt bush. Samphire was the main groundcover species, similar to other sites along Bookmark Creek, and there were areas of poverty bush and bladder salt bush.

There are plans to install infrastructure at the site in coming years. The works neccessary to facilitate environmental water delivery at the site include the deployment of new pipelines, a channel to connect the main basin to a nearby RIT outlet and erosion avoidance measures.
